GROUP LEADERS –  we are looking for group leaders for Tai Chi, Meditation,  Line Dancing and Other Groups.  Please contact us for more details.

We are always looking for helpers and volunteers while you are finding paid employment  –  many different types of jobs always need helping hands.

It is a good way to build on experience and confidence in a supported, non-judgemental place where people feel safe.

A number of our helpers have gone on to find a permanent job and we are happy to help with this in any way we can.

Volunteers are DBS checked and may  need to undergo Safeguarding Training according to their role.
