GCCP is interested in the wellbeing of all members of our community and with this in mind we welcome Phil along on a Wednesday morning for his 50+ exercise class with recognisable music at a sensible volume and easy stretches and exercises to improve fitness and wellbeing.
Anyone with limited mobility, long term illness or over 50’s are welcome to join the class and participate at their own rate and within their own abilities.
When the weather is nice we exercise in the large garden, but when the weather is not so nice we make use of one of our halls.
